Yes, Tess has a point. A sense of self is very important, but it is not enough. Self awareness is really just awareness of your sense of self. If you dont understand that, then you can’t be aware of yourself. So, Tess has some great info about that. But she also said that there are times when you dont need to be aware of who you are. Like when you are alone, or when you have a baby or something.
Tess also said something about being aware or not being aware of yourself is something that comes with your experience. Some people are aware of who they are, but they think that they are not that aware. I do agree with her. I think its easy to forget who you are, and what you are. Its easy to try to be someone that you think you are, or to believe that you are someone that you are not.
