haas emba was a good example of a website that I’ve been using to help myself through my anxiety. haas emba is a website where I could read a lot of research articles, and it brought me to the three levels of self-awareness I was at, and how my anxiety was affecting my life. The idea is to go through the three levels as quickly as possible, and then to move on to the next one.
