The best way to make the most from your presentation is to start with questions that you already know the answer to. This way you can begin to prepare your audience for any questions that come later on, and also to build some trust between you and your audience.
One of ed’s favorite techniques is to begin with a question that you know the answer to, then ask your audience to answer the question. The first part of ed’s presentation is a lot of questions that you want your audience to ask. Then the next part of ed’s presentation is what she calls “tactical questions,” questions that she asks your audience to answer as quickly as possible.
eds presentation is very detailed and organized. She knows that this is not a one-hour presentation. She wants to be able to answer all of your questions as soon as possible so she will typically do a lot of Q&A to get your questions answered.
Eds presentation is pretty awesome. She knows that there is a lot to talk about, so she wants to get as much audience input as possible. She is very thorough about it.

I think it is important for us to show that we care about our audience. What they should care about is getting answers as soon as possible so we can learn more about them. So, if you want to speak with Eds, you can find her on Twitter @Ed_Grier.

He was also the keynote speaker for our recent tech symposium and had a great time talking about his new book, and also discussing our new time-looping stealth game.
