This recipe is one of many ways to incorporate a variety of vegetables into your favorite pasta.
“Barbara Benton” has been a good friend to me over the years — I’ve made it for many occasions, and she’s always there to chime in with suggestions. She’s also a good hostess, especially when it comes to potlucks or other occasions of a more casual nature.
In addition to being a good friends, Barbara is also an excellent cook and a super-quick cook. After I made this recipe, I asked her to share with me her recipe for the pasta. She said it was a delicious blend of whole grain pasta and fresh veggies with a healthy dose of garlic and herbs. It was a recipe I can definitely bring back to the dinner table and enjoy with friends.
She’s also a great cook, but not to worry, you can always get her recipe and make her an apron to go along with it.
The most important thing about Barbara is that she has a knack for cooking for people and making them feel comfortable having her around. Whether you have a big crowd of people to feed or just a few friends to cook for, she always has a good recipe waiting, a bowl of pasta in her hand, and a smile on her face.
My last meal with Barbara was a very intimate dinner. She made a fresh pasta dish and we shared a bowl. I think this was the first time I had ever cooked pasta with anyone or anything, and it was a really nice way to end my dinner with her.
You could say that Barb really is the kind of woman who makes you feel comfortable having her around. It’s not just that she makes you feel comfortable, it’s that she makes you feel like your life is so great that it’s not even worth thinking about the fact that she’s not around anymore.
Barb is a very sweet woman with a huge heart. I had the pleasure of meeting her at a restaurant in the Hamptons recently where I was invited to hang out with the entire staff. I was one of the three young people in the restaurant and I was really impressed with how comfortable and calm everyone was. It’s probably because she has been around for so long that she is so comfortable in her own skin. She knows what she wants, and she knows how to make it come true.
She also knows how to play the game of life. So don’t let her go.
