Many of them have some type of mentoring program where they help people who are new to accounting with their work and help them get accustomed to the system.
There have been many types of accounting types who have been successful at this. They are called “accountants.” There are accounting types who make money on the side to help other people, and there are accounting types who are good at what they do, but are good at what they are.
In accounting I would classify accounting types as the “business types.” The “business types” are the ones who are great at helping other people. They are the ones who know how to teach people about the system, how to manage people, and how to hire people to help them do their jobs. They are those who have the knowledge and experience to help other people succeed.
