That’s because it’s really hard to predict what will happen next, or whether we can change even if we want to. For example, if I go out to lunch with my wife and get a couple of drinks, I might think it is a good idea, but if she walks into the kitchen with a knife I don’t think it’s a good idea.

This is exactly why the law has such a bad reputation. Business law is often very difficult to define by statute and case law. While courts tend to be extremely literal, businesses can and do use the language of the law to make their own decisions.
Another example is that a small company often thinks that it’s not being sued when it’s actually being sued. It’s the small business that can often be the best judge of whether it is. Businesses can know very quickly whether their customers are being sued and can therefore make their own decisions about whether or not they will deal with that situation. But, it can also be the case that they may never know that someone is being sued and may simply not react to it.
This is the danger of legal advice. The problem is that business people don’t always know how to react to things. They may not understand the law or even know what the law is. But they may also believe that they do. Lawyers can be more effective at helping people make their own decisions if they know when to stop, but they can also be a liability, so it is important for businesses to have someone who can help them decide when to stop taking advice from them.
In the ’90s there was this big, really popular legal magazine called The American Lawyer. This was a pretty good publication with articles about all the different types of cases that happened on the street. It also featured advice about how to take care of your own affairs. One of the things that I remember most about it is a section that ran the names of all the clients the magazine had handled.
The name of this section was also the title of this podcast episode I did about the legal world. The name “client list” means “the list of people who have chosen to take legal advice from the firm.
This kind of paper is very useful for lawyers, but it can be pretty dangerous for other businesses. Not only can it give a firm a better idea of what their clients are likely to do, but it can also be used to help predict the amount of damage that you or your customer is likely to do.
